We take that seriously. Shalit trainers are experienced professionals selected not only for their ability to train, but for how they conduct themselves. Professional, punctual, respectful, clean and well-groomed.
Are your trainers background checked?
Yes. Every Shalit trainer undergoes rigorous background screening before being sent into a client's home.
What if I haven't exercised in years — or I'm completely out of shape?
That's not a problem. Your trainer meets you where you are today. There's no keeping up with anyone else and nobody watching. The goal is simply to start and progress from there.
How private is this?
Very. Privacy and discretion are fundamental to Shalit. Sessions are one-on-one, in the privacy of your home. We don't show up with branded vans.
